Bookings are essential - we don't accept walk-ins - please contact us. Credit card and contactless payment only. All prices include GST. If there is no wax present in ears, the full fee still applies. There is no charge if you need to return for a second appointment following softening.
Any no show or cancellation less than 2hours prior to your appointment time will incur a 50% fee (no medicare claim).
